Who am I?
I am a Christian who grew up in Riverview, AL and went to Fairfax Elementary and W.F. Burns Middle School. I moved to Langdale and graduated Salutatorian from Valley High School. I graduated Southern Union State Community College with honors and an Associates in General Sciences. I continued my education at The University of Alabama on the Pre-law track. I maintained my 4.0 and earned a Bachelors in Political Science and Philosophy concentrating in Jurisprudence. I lobbied in Montgomery for the recently passed HB152, which removed state sales tax from feminine products. While lobbying, I was President of the Tau Sigma Honor Society and mentored other first generation students. In Generation Action, I helped teach other students about the mental and sexual health resources on campus. I advocated for more campus resources, study rooms, and scholarships for upcoming students. I also spent a summer in Montgomery learning from the Chamber of Commerce. I was introduced to businesses in the river region and connected with Montgomery leaders and other young professionals.
